Odd speeds on dual wan

Howdy im running a 200MB and a 80mb Connects from two ISPs..

Ive set it up as a gateway and seems to work but the max speed I am gettting is no more than 100mb

When there on there own I get full speeds out of both.

Am I doing something wrong trying to combine them both for more leeching speed.
