I'm getting an internal 10.235.84.9 IPV4 address on my WAN, but my external IP is a 184.x.x.x

This happened randomly and caused remote access on my plex server not to work. Any ideas what could be going on? I've tried unplugging the modem for a few minutes, replugging, and releasing/renewing the WANs DHCP.

        Came out of blue?
        pfS behind modem?
Could be you`re in a CGN.
