Has anyone found an issue on hanging upon reboot? I've seen it from both the gui and cli reboots.

      [2.3.2-RELEASE][root@pfSense.localdomain]/: reboot
Waiting (max 60 seconds) for system process vnlru' to stop…done Waiting (max 60 seconds) for system process bufdaemon' to stop...done
Waiting (max 60 seconds) for system process `syncer' to stop...
      Syncing disks, vnodes remaining...0 0 0 done
      All buffers synced.
      Uptime: 20h30m2s

I now have one of these deployed remotely and I issued a reboot last night and it won't come up until I hard power cycle it.

looks like someone already had the fix for this. It wasn't easy to find I just stumbled across it this morning.

as for reboot - I found the following workarounds have allowed me to reboot the box without lockups …
in system tunables on the pfsense interface create the following two tunables.

        hw.acpi.disable_on_reboot  1
        hw.acpi.handle_reboot 0

I guess since no one else is talking about it I will post again. This fix did work for a while but its not working any more. The settings are still in there but it hangs still.

Which version of APU2 FW are you using?

There was a FW update apu2_160211 back in February which fixed this.
