Dashboard Columns in 2.3

Hello,

I upgraded from 2.2.4 to 2.3.2 and now I have only one column in the dashboard.

Under General Setup -> webconfigurator it doesn't matter if I change the value to two columns or three columns.
There is always only one column. And yes - I clicked the save button after change.

What can I do? Thanks for help!
