Well, I want install pfsense in a dual core e5200, with 1,5 GB RAM, and a usb stick of 16 GB (as HDD).
I need a squid+squidguard and blacklist filter (http and https), i dont need to use the pfsense as a router.
It is this enough hardware for this purpose? If its affirmative, what is te best configuration?
I thanks for the help and wait for your responses.
      Regards.

The hardware is fine for that purpose.  Make sure you install the embedded version, as the full version on a USB stick will probably wear it out quickly with writes.  You'd want to use a RAM disk for the squid cache.  A better choice for squid would be a full install on a small SSD; you can get a suitable 60GB one for $30 or so in the US, not sure where you are but should be similar.

I would also council to go with a smaller SSD or mSATA drive for that action together with a full install of pfSense.
