Hello, I need your expertise on my problem with my ALIX device.

While I was updating the BIOS due to hang issues, there was unexpected power outage on the building and the update was interrupted.

I started all over again when power returned, but my screen is totally empty during boot and no other characters displayed on the screen, I also tried all the possible baud rates but no success.

Can  you please advice me what to do or check?  I hope it's not bricked!

      Thanks
      …

Contact pc engines. Looks like this might work: http://pcengines.ch/lpc1a.htm

Rule of thumb, crashing during a firmware update will brick a device. Some more expensive devices may have dual BIOSes ti project against these situations, but they are rare and you pay a premium, never low end cheap devices.

This is your best bet. Should be a quick and easy recovery with this.
