Block youtube with opendns

Hi
now am worked with pfsense 2.3.2 and turn on captive portal ,i configured opendns to block youtube site ,and turn on dynamic dns and put ip dns for open dns to clients go to internet through it ,now youtube is open and cant block it,any help to close it at users .
