Harware or software problem?

Hello.

Im entry in pfsense and also in computers network. I have installed the pfsense on a server, in a lan network with almost 600 laptops.
My problem is that dhcp is not working. I mean if a make a static entry, and I map an ip on a mac, is working, the laptop receive the ip, but dhcp isnt giving. Here are some logs
