-
Hi All,
I have created NAT Policy to allow MSSQL on LAN in pfsense. To allow from public ip, but not able to connect from public ip. I have allowed other ports on LAN, I am able to access them. But Not able to access MSSQL from public IP.

Short answer: Don't make SQL available from your public IP. It's a quick route to having your database hacked.
Longer answer: You haven't posted your rules so nobody could comment anyway. But regardless of all that, I still don't suggest you put your SQL server on a public IP unless you have a sincere desire to become a hacking victim.

Is there a firewall on this mssql server? Did you even enable tcp/ip for mssql? What version of mssql are you running?
I am with muswellhillbilly here - allowing public internet to access your sql not a normally a very good idea.

If someone remote must access the SQL server, make them use a VPN to do it.
Never expose any database directly to the world.
