Syntax error in /tmp/rules.debug after Shaper wizard (WAN-multiLAN)

Using snapshot 1.3-ALPHA-ALPHA built on Sun Aug 31 16:52:20 EDT 2008 FreeBSD 7.0-RELEASE-p3 .
After use of Traffic Shaper wizard (WAN-multiLAN) there is an error in system log:

The same was in at least previous snapshot.
Is this a bug or my failure?
rules.debug.txt -
Remove the red from the resulting config and please search before complaining.
It will be fixed later on… when i get to it.
