      Greetings, someone could give me a hand'm setting with Traffic Shaper limiter bandwidth but to set it as in the image (img 01) displays the table limiter (img 02) and perform a speed test shows me the following (img 03) but when downloading an iso download at full speed without respecting the limit (img 04). It is worth mentioning that my velocity acquired with my provider optical fiber is a rate of 7 Mbps download and upload.

          Yes, i see this link before, my trouble is that with the limiters some page´s not load

            That's my point, your limiter will bufferbloat you. Consider trying to limit bandwidth with download queues instead of the limiter.
