Is it possible to use pfsense for multiple outgoing vpn client sessions?

Meaning, on each PC at the location, we would install a vpn client. When the user wants to use an external vpn server, they would connect to the local vpn service on pfsense which in turn would have one account on a vpn service somewhere.

Assuming you're talking about OpenVPN. Sure.

It would take some config to get the policy routing right but you could have clients of OpenVPN Remote Access server one use OpenVPN service 1 and clients of OpenVPN Remote Access server 2 use OpenVPN service 2.
