Routing for lan and Wireless

Hi, can any one help me .

I have Router which is configured to use  two different  Ip address range One for lan connected devices  and other for Wireless devices .
My TV use lan network. My mobile use wireless. I am having google chrome  device on TV.
I am unbale to use my moble to  send  output to Tv and now both are not in same network.What to do to fix this issue.
