Mobile IPSec - No Packets Going Out

I have the desire to setup a VPN to access through mobile devices. I seemed to successfully have created the tunnels as needed and I can successfully connect to it on my mobile device. However, once I connect, there is no internet access through the phone. When I check the status of the IPSec connection, I see it successfully connected and it has assigned the proper virtual IP. The problem is it shows packets coming in, but absolutely none going out. I have attached screenshots from my setup. I have created an allow all rule under the IPSec tab and setup the allowed ports for the IPSec protocols under WAN. What am I missing, or where should I start troubleshooting? To me this seems like a rule is blocking it, but as my screenshots show, I have allowed all the appropriate ports to pass through.
Any help would be appreciated.
