How to force only one successfull authentication for freeradius user pptp/l2tp

Hi, I have a problem with freeradius2 user and pptp or l2tp vpn:
I have installed free-radius pkg on pfSense 2.2.3 and configure pptp & l2tp vpn and working ok, but currently defined users in free-radius can login from different machines to the same vpn server with same username :(
I'd like every freeradius2 user can login to vpn server only once and block other authentication with same username. I changed user attribute Number of Simultaneous Connections to 1 but does not change authentication limit :(
