Update squid to 3.5.3 for SSL Web Filter Certificate (ssl inspection)

Hello everyone
I am trying to update squid to version 3.5.3 and i receive an error message " pbi_add: Command not found."
According to this article

pbi is scrapped since pfSense 2.3

pkg(ng) is now used for packaging

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to do.  The current squid package is 3.5.19.  You want to "upgrade" to 3.5.3?
