To Change freeRadius2 bandwidth down or up on speedily

install firefox if you don't have it then install this extension FoxReplace, press f9 on keyboard then browse to diagnostics then edit file place this: /usr/local/etc/raddb/authorized_macs in the path to file input box then select load after copy and paste the bandwidth amount you want to change in the replace field and in the width field place the amount you want it to change to then select replace.
