      Hello all,

I noticed the root filesystem exhausting about 3% per day of available space so I decided to expand the volume of this ESXi host. The system now has the space but it not using it, did i miss a step somewhere?!?!

Expanding the volume ain't enough. You need to expand the filesystem. Good luck with that. IOW, backup, reinstall and restore.
