I'm on the latest 2.32-p1. Unbound restarts every time a client gets a lease from the dhcp pool. This doesn't happen if the client is assigned a static ip set in the dhcp server. Is this by design or is it a bug? I'd guess it's a bug.

I have "Register DHCP leases in the DNS Resolver" set in unbound if that's what causing unbound to restart every time.

The problem with making something idiot proof is that the world keeps making better idiots.
