We have a very typical setup with 1 exception.

Our current setup goes t1 feeds cisco router–>Wan interface on bsd/pfsense firewall-->Lan interface-->site1 switch

      but the exception is:

the same cisco router as above has a 2nd point-to-point t1 running from an offisite office (site1)

      site1 uses 172.17.0.0/16
      site2 uses 172.18.0.0/16

What I need to do is to be able to seperate internet traffic and lan traffic in the cisco router. What is the best way to go about this?

I really want to switch to using the pfsense firewall.

What device is handling the T1 connection?
pfSense isnt able to terminate the T1 connection.

But there are no problems for pfSense to handle multiple WANs.
