      Hi there,

      Background of the setup:

      • I have two PFSense 2.3.2-RELEASE (amd64) boxes in two different offices.
      • I have an IPSec tunnel between the two offices.
      • The IPSec tunnel works perfectly, all the time.

      The problem is this:

I have permanent internet at the one office (head office).
The other office, let's call it the remote office, only has internet during working hours (More or less 8 to 5, Mondays to Fridays) - not at night or during the weekends.

So what happens at the moment, is that the IPSec service literally stops at the head office every day - it's inconsistent when. Sometimes, when the internet comes up at the remote office, the IPSec service in the head office will still be running and the tunnel is established without any problems, and other times, the service would be stopped.

What I want, is that the service in the head office, shoud keep running and waiting for a connection consistenly, without stopping itself.

Is this possible? And if so, how do I set this up correctly?

      Regards,
      Rayno
