I am attempting to make my web server that is behind a pfSense box accessible on the other side of the pfSense box.

      My Network:
      192.168.0.1 - Main Netgear Router
      192.168.0.2 - pfSense Box
      192.168.0.3 - My Computer

      pfSense Network
      10.10.1.1 - pfSense Box
      10.10.1.2 - DC01 (Server)

I would like to be able to access dc01.domain.com from my computers web browser (192.168.0.3).

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Beyond a NAT rule on WAN, this has nothing to do with pfSense. You need to configure your Netgear router to know where to send packets.
