      Need help here guyz,

I'm having problem to boot pfsense from usb pen drive.
I have tried installing pfsense to usb from live cd and pfsense image but the result still won't allow me to boot pfsense from usb pen drive.
My BIOS detected pfsense and usb pen drive but it seems that pfsense's GRUB can't map my usb pen drive.
My mobo is PC chips M789CG and i'm using Sandisk Cruzer 1GB.

Note: I tried to boot another OS (FreeNAS, FreeBSD) using the same system and it worked, but for Pfsense…the result is still NEGATIVE....I would appreciate any suggestions, thanks in advance

      Regards

pfSense doesn't use grub and usb booting has been discussed in the past as not being supported at this time.

These are inofficial builds though they should work. Give it a try. The person who builds these images is from Hacom, a company that offers Firewallhardware ( http://shopping.hacom.net/catalog/ ) and that was one of the first who donated hardware to develop pfSense on. Hacom is one of our recommended Vendors ( http://pfsense.com/index.php?id=40 ).
