Bridge between nic's not passing DHCP

Hello,

So I loaded Mellanox's drivers into boot.conf, nics come up and are able to be added to interfaces.  Then bridge them to LAN to give them access to that network, then enable the bridge.  But I am not seeing IP information or packets passing between the OPT1 (ConnectX-2) adapter and the LAN adapter.

Thoughts?
