Bsd pf to pfsense

Hello Everyone,

I am new to pfsense as I have been using freebsd pf as my firewall.  I want to add these rules, but I am having no luck.  I have set-up the following: Vlans, Alias, and some basic firewall rules.  Wondering if anyone can help with this.

Tables <locals>{10.10.x.x, 192.168.x.x, 10.2.x.x}

rdr on $ext_if  proto tcp      from any        to $static      port 8082              tag ALLOWED_IN  -> $csserver  port 8088
pass in on $ext_if proto tcp from ! <locals>to <locals>port { 25 80 143 443 587 993 995 }      tagged ALLOWED_IN queue (www ack)
