      Hi all,

      Hope someone can help me.

      Current setup:
      pfSense with 4 interfaces (WAN,LAN,OPT1,OPT2)
      Have 2 switches
Have a Trunk going from LAN port to switch1 and then switch1 have a trunk to switch2.

      Have created 2 VLANs, VLAN202 and VLAN203, Interface IGB1(lan)

With the current setup, I see a problem if switch1 dies, then switch2 wont have access to the pfsense.

So what I want to do, is to be able to use OPT1 interface as a trunk with the same VLANs as the LAN have.

Do I need to create new VLANs using OPT1 as interface, or should I make some kind of bridge or something if I want LAN and OPT1 ports to be the same?

Hope you understand what I want and have some input.

      Have a great day.
