Multiple WAN - Load balancing- session not switch orther WAN when 1 WAN down

Dear All
My firewall runing Pfsense 2.3.2 with 3 WAN confiuration Load balancing:
1. Gateway Group: Group1, tier: 1, Trigger level : member down
2. Firewall rule for LAN : source Lan net, dist: any , port: any , gateway: Group1
3. I had test ping:
- ping: session 1 via WAN1 =>ok
- ping: session 2 via WAN2 =>ok
- ping: session 3 via WAN3 =>ok
When WAM 1 is down, Session 1 not switch to WAN2 or WAN3
Please help me solve this problem.Thanks so much

Did you configure the gateway monitoring?

yes i configure gateway monitoring..
your gateway group and my configuration is the same…but my firewal rules LAN : source network 192.168.100.x, dist: any , port: any , gateway: Group1

I am assuming you configure the gateway monitoring pointing to external IP address such as public DNS. If not, then it has to be configured.
Also check on your DNS on general setup. Make sure each ISP have their own DNS.

till now doesn't work policy based routing un firewall rules..
