I downloaded freeBSD 6.3 . In CD #1 found /boot/kernel/if_stge.ko
Copied to /boot/kernel on pfsense and updated loader.conf as required.

I got "KLD file: if_stge.ko could not finalize loading"

Any ideas?

A driver from a 6.3 kernel won't work with a 6.2 kernel - you need to use the same kernel and platform.
