It's always best to run the latest stable. When upgrading, read the release-notes first.

I installed the latest version but the system is running very slowly. I have used http and Https proxy. Versiuon 2.3.2 version. I recommend which version of friends who uses at least 100 users in one place. I have tried 10 users in one place.
