    Cannot disable DNS resolver

      Hello!

      If I try to disable DNS resolver I'm getting the following error:

      The following input errors were detected:
•The generated config file cannot be parsed by unbound. Please correct the following errors:
•[1485934153] unbound-checkconf[71039:0] error: local-data in redirect zone must reside at top of zone, not at <pfsense hostname=""> A <pfsense lan="" ip="" address="">
•[1485934153] unbound-checkconf[71039:0] fatal error: failed local-zone, local-data configuration</pfsense></pfsense>

      And DNS resolver stays enabled. I've tried to play with different settings, but with no effect.

      Running pfSense 2.3.2-RELEASE-p1
