Questions about static routes

Hi Everybody!
I have an internet provider, and I have adopted PFsense as my edge because it treats many packages better than mikrotik itself as a border. The same allows high data traffic and many packages, in addition to being connected to a 10GB interface that I have direct with my carrier (point to point in a juniper) My question is with regard to activate two blocks of my / 28 within the sense e Make my concentrator see these routes created in the sense … At the moment my only difficulty with the sense is how it is done, how to activate this my block / 28 so that I can access my servers externally with their respective valid ips that were Assigned to them.
