Package Manager failing on all packages

Upgraded to this morning's build from 1.2.0.

Attempting to install any package results in the following:

Downloading package configuration file… done.
Saving updated package information... done.
Downloading squid and its dependencies... done.
Checking for successful package installation... failed!

Installation aborted.

Does this on all packages that I've tried. Nothing in logs that sheds any more light on the topic.

I've just downloaded the full update to give it a try.

The Full Update worked fine installed 6 packages as a test.

You might want to make sure you can access this page.
http://www.pfsense.com/packages/config/spamd.inc

It is an include file for the spamd package and will confirm you can get to the package website.
