      I just installed 2 SG 2440 devices both connected to the same brand/model of 24 port switches and the same brand/model of cable modem.  On one the link activity lights on the LAN port are both green, on the other One Green One Amber.  This is on initial boot, no configuration settings changed yet.  I cant seem to find any detail on what the light colors mean, I know in some hardware it indicates Link speed, does anyone know for sure on pf sense hardware?

        try swapping the cables?

          The right hand side LED indicates link speed. Amber is 1Gbps and Green is 100Mbps.
