If you have a bunch of network ports on a pfsense firewall, is it possible to setup all the extra nics to work as if they were a switch?

Currently you can only bridge 2 interfaces at a time together.
I'm not sure but i think this will change in a future release.
(dont ask when this release will be ;) )

We do what we must, because we can.

Give 1.3 snapshot a try if you need only a machine acting as a switch with l3 filtering capabilities it should be functional.
Note: that on 1.3 the bridge configuration is located on Interfaces->Asssing->Bridges and it allows to configure many more than 1.2 can.
