Watchguard x750e can't access the firewall bios screen 115200 using usb to seria

hi , i make the update to the bios using an original 256mb card , read perfect , i can see the freedos using the usb to serial connections an null adapter. but wen i change to 115200 8n1 to make change on the bios to use a 16gb card , non screen is show on the putty screen.
