SquidGuard doesn't work

Hello everybody !
I've some troules with SquidGuard. I've installed Squid and SquidGuard.
Squid works well but SquidGuard doesn't work at all.I've joined a log as attached file.
I take an example of porn website to test SquidGuard : www.porn.com
because it is very explicits and should be listed in mostly blacklists.I've downloaded and installed the shalla blacklist, I think this website
is listed in.I've enabled squidGuard, denied the blacklists I want to, saved and
applied settings, but I still have access to the website.And squidGuard say "squidguard_log report disabled" but I don't see any
option to enabled it ?If someone could help it would be great :)

I have search, installed and re-installed again and again
Some help would be appreciated
First i am on 1.2.1 RC1 (i have tried every other with same result)
Do i need Squid and SquidGuard ?
I have followed EVERY direction you have put on the Quick start up guide with no result
Every time i upload the list it get "started" after it goes back to "stpped"
I read to change /var/db/squidGurad but don't know how to do it. Also i read that it was supposed to be solved, don't know!I wish i could make that to work, i need it to control web access to a customer.
Help would be VERY appreciated!

Look LOG page of SG GUI or /usr/local/etc/squid cat
