      Hello guys!

Is it possible to make a delay between the gateway is marked UP and it starts working in a gateway groups?

I'm using "State Killing on Gateway Failure" option, but sometimes gateway turn on for a few minutes and goes down again, so all the states are killed every time.

It sure is possible, but it's clearly not desired – since it obviously breaks that feature. Unless you rename it to something like "State Killing on Gateway Failure Expect When It Flips Every Couple of Minutes"

I think you don't understand what exactly I mean, I'm sorry for my English.

I can observe the following events:

          1. gateway starts responding pings
          2. the gateway is marked UP
          3. pFsense acts adding it to gateway groups and killing states

I think it would be wiser to have a programmable delay between 1 and 2 or maybe between 2 and 3.

Yes, I understand perfectly fine. The feature is supposed to kill the states on GW state change. It does not matter whether it dies again a couple of minutes later. (Perhaps bug your ISP instead if you have such crappy connection.)

              What version are you running?

On 2.3/2.4, dpinger doesn't immediately bring the gateway back up on the first successful ping, it has to return to below-threshold levels before it is considered 'up'.

If it's not stable when it's within the configured parameters, fix the configured parameters to suit your circuit.
