CARP failover reboot master

Good mornig,
I have see that a few person have the same problem but no one can't resolve it.
I have two pfsense with 3 network: WAN,LAN,SYNC. All is configured and the HA is ok. The master and the backup have normal function, i can put in maintenance the master that work the backup and the contrary. The problem comes when I reboot the master because for a few time the backup work but when the master finish the restart all the connection go down.
I have just change the promiscuous mode in vmware and I check the configuration of the pfsense many times.
Sorry for my English but it's two days that I fight with this problem and I'm desperate.
I hope that someone can help me… -
try this,
after the system comes back up, and pfsense master fails back then goes down, try to reboot your modem.
It's possible it has something to do with the modem and its arp table.
