How do I go about accessing pfSense and my home network remotely?

      I don't have a fixed IP address.

        Many, many solutions exist.

        remote access home

Note : they invented VPN for this.

If your WAN IP changes every time then they still have you covered.
This is what the word “dyndns” is all about. Nearly every router on the planet earth has some dyndns facilities aboard. So does pfSense.
        Check it out : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamic_DNS
        and https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Dynamic_DNS

See above. (Assumes you have at least a public IP on your LAN. If it's RFC1918 or CGN, tough cookies…)
