Convert config.xml to readable documentation

I'm looking for a way to read in the config.xml and convert it out to some format for human consumption, think hard copy documentation.  Is there a script of some sort that can do this?

I've just started using pfSense and I'm thinking of reinstalling to change a few things about how I've set it up, but I'd like to get a printout or something that I can refer to it's current setup.
