Cron not working properly with hour selected

Hello,

I've came across weird "bug". I've installed the cron as a package and add the schedule (from web interface) for job to scp file from pfsense to other linux box.
If I will specify just the minutes, rest is "*" it will transfer the file just fine. But when I also specify hour, it won't go through (wanted to do it only once a day).

Can anyone replicate this issue?
