Problems with no-ip

My pfSense dosn't update the No-IP Account. The account information I've entered is correct but in the Log files I found the following lines:

May 14 22:30:06 php: : DynDns: cacheIP != wan_ip. Updating.

May 14 22:30:05 php: : DynDns: Current WAN IP: 82.83.210.200
May 14 22:30:05 php: : DynDns: _detectChange() starting.
May 14 22:30:05 php: : DynDns: updatedns() starting
