Never mind!  ;)  Can't read…  Protocol is one of the first choices!  ;D

As a follow-up to the Chrome oddity that uses QUIC (and not "seen" TCP as traffic on port 443), is there a simple way to create a limiter that limits by port and protocol (UDP in this example)?

Arbitrarily limiting HTTP/Port 443 traffic does do what we want to limit YouTube to ISDN speeds, but obviously -all- secure traffic is slowed down, and if there was a way to limit port 443 UDP traffic that would work perfectly!

What is the problem you're trying to solve? To slow the traffic (aka reduce bandwidth consumption) or to reduce "slowness" caused by "hogs"?
