      Hiya!

I really hope this is the right forum and I didn't mess this up :3

      On to the problem:

      • pfSense with OpenVPN etc. set up
      • OpenVPN Server running with auth against Active Directory (works fine)
      • Server Certs etc. added, User cert created

Everything works fine. But when I export the Windows Client with the Export Utility and select "Use Microsoft Certificate Storage instead of local files." the config file misses the cert CN Name entry (or username in this case) in the line "cryptoapicert "SUBJ:" - this should be something like "cryptoapicert "SUBJ:CNNAMEOFUSER".

Otherwise the cert can't be found in the cert store. If I add the missing part it works fine, but this is bad, if you need to get the vpn client out to a mass of users.
Also it's quite irritating for someone with no real knowledge with OpenVPN (yet).

Maybe someone could tell me if I did something wrong or where I can request this feature.
