GATEWAY WITH STRANGE READINGS!

Hello guys, sorry, but I'm a newcomer both at this forum and the PFsense world.
:)
Then sorry me if I will make you guys lose your time.

I'm testing the PFsense on my Company, and I got those strange readings from the webgui Gateways, but that start to drive me crazy, cuz that readings are just on one of my Gateways, the other one is just fine with readings about 30ms to 100ms.

I have at my park, something about 60 connections.

PS.: If I just send a ping from my windows terminal, it return 5ms of latency.

what is strange about it ?

if you ping from you windows terminal to where ? to the monitor-ip ?
