Hoping someone can give me some ideas.

      Running
      2.3.3-RELEASE-p1 (amd64)
built on Thu Mar 09 07:17:41 CST 2017
      FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p17

Over the last few months when I call home to my voip cisco spa122, they can hear me, but I cannot hear them. If we hangup and they call me, its a hit or miss if they can the two way voice is heard on either end.

i have set the outbound nat to hybrid with a static nat 192.168.0.21/32 * * *

The primus support site says the following:

_Most routers and firewalls will allow Digital Home Phone service to work automatically, however if you're experiencing issues such as one-way audio or if your Digital Home Phone service is not connecting at all, you may need to open the following ports.

If using a Linksys SPA2100/SPA2102 or Cisco SPA122 gateway:

      Port 5062 + 60000-65000 TCP/UDP (both TCP and UDP)
      Port 443 (TCP only)
      Ports 16384 – 32767 (UDP only)_

This has been working fine for years, but something has changed. if I reboot the firewall it seems to clear up the problem for a while. The voip tests that I have done with primus show that I have a clean line.

      Thanks in advance.

My guess is this is not a NAT problem but that you may need some incoming firewall rules from your provider to your ATA lan address..
