      Hi!

      pfsense 1.2

I have LAN interface with firewall rule…, any any..... allow...

      LAN interface is:
      192.168.0.1 / 24

I have created Firewall > Virtual IPs
Proxy ARP - Single address 192.168.0.2

      all hosts are 192.168.0.10 - 192.168.0.20

      when i ping from host 192.168.0.10 > 192.168.0.2
      there is no answer

      arp table is correct
(both 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.2, has same MAC addresses)..

how can i get to pfsense over 192.168.0.2 ?

      (don't ask why.. :) )

      thanks

You can't ping a proxy-arp VIP. It should work just fine though. If you need to ping it, use a CARP VIP.

ok, where i can find documentation what is "Other" option in VIPs ?

Can I use CARP without other router ?  (ok i will try)

You don't want 'other', but here is some info: http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,3987.msg24632.html#msg24632
You can use CARP on a stand alone system. Just use a unique vhid for each VIP. Set the password to whatever, it doesn't matter.
