Double router

Hello friends. I have one load balancer router (tplink) and pfsense.  I use load balancer router only for combine and balance my wan connections. On pfsense i have squid,firewall rules and etc. I mean i manage my network with pfsense. By the way load balancer router dmz to my pfsense. I have a question ; one of my wan connection has a high upload speed. Some of computers at lan must use that wan connection. Coz they need high upload speed. If i would end my wan connections at pfsense i know how to direct that computer to specified wan connection. But now as you see i have kinda double router. So how can i direct that computers to that specified wan connection? Thx
