Rack case with 4+ front panel NIC's?

Is there such a thing? And If so, how would I be connecting the NICs to a motherboard? Sorry if stupid question!!

You can use different types of risers and ribbons to connect any NICs you might need to use to your motherboard on a rack mount where you don't have room to just plug it straight in. Just buy from a reputable seller, not shady of brand stuff. Supermicro has a whole host of risers.

XG-1541 is pretty much 4 ports (+ IPMI, IIRC), isn't it?(EDIT: Reading the question helps! 4+, see above)
Last time I checked 6 counts as 4+. Did that change?

Yeah, I'm just gonna pretend my account was hacked and that wasn't me. ::)
The XG-1540, XG-1541 and C2758 all have 4 ports by default, but are expandable. We did do rack ears for 7551 too at one point.
And I concur 6 is 4+. ;DSteve
