Do you see anything in the system logs when you connect it?

You may just need to set the allow unsupported modules sysctl:

Hello i just by XG-2758 with two SFP+ 10gbits port.

Please take a look into the switch manual and find out which SFP+ standards the switch is supporting!
And then have a look out for a DAC cable that is matching that standard, its cheaper then the SFP+
transceivers and fibre cables as single parts.

my switch have SFP 1gbits port.

What Switch are you using? Vendor, model, model number, ect…...

seller said it will work with sfp transceiver on the swith and on the XG-2758, but not.

You need to know the at first. what fibre modes both sides are supporting and then, you chose a mode
that is supported on both sides! Here is some stuff to read about standards and their needs: SFP+ standards

IX0 interface look stay at 10 gbits, should i do some thing?

What transceivers and cable you are using now? And with what switch together?
